# Privacy Policy for BitPixel

OneHandSoft (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the BitPixel mobile application

(package name: `com.tenbirddragon.bitpixel`) (the “App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information

when you use the App.

## 1. Information We Collect

BitPixel does not provide account registration or sign-in. We do not intentionally

collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location,

or payment information.

To operate, improve, and maintain the App, we and our service providers may

collect the following information:

- Device, app, and network information, such as device model, operating system

  version, app version, app installation identifiers, Android Advertising ID,

  session identifiers, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP address.

- App activity and game events, such as app usage, app opens, game start, game

  completion, progress checkpoints, and the identifier of the artwork being played.

- Crash and diagnostic information, such as crash logs, stack traces, app state,

  device state, and information necessary to investigate application errors.

- Technical request information used to retrieve artwork lists, thumbnails, and

  artwork data, including IP address and request metadata.

We do not send your artwork pixels, saved game-progress data, completed artwork

images, name, email address, or other directly identifying information to PostHog.

## 2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

- operate and provide the App;

- understand general App usage and improve features;

- measure game progression and feature usage;

- detect, investigate, and fix crashes, errors, and stability issues;

- provide feature flags and determine whether a critical app update is required;

- maintain the security, availability, and reliability of our services.

The App does not display third-party advertisements. OneHandSoft does not use

collected information to deliver personalized advertising.

## 3. Local Game Data

Your game progress and progress thumbnails are stored locally on your device.

This local game data is not uploaded to our servers, Firebase, or PostHog.

You can delete it by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by

uninstalling the App.

## 4. Service Providers and International Data Transfers

We use the following service providers to operate and improve the App:

These providers may process information outside your country, including in the

United States and other locations where they or their service providers operate.

We use encrypted connections, including HTTPS, for data transmitted between the

App and these services.

## 5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, analyze

its performance, resolve errors, meet legal obligations, and protect our services.

Game progress data remains on your device until you delete the App's data or

uninstall the App. Analytics, crash, diagnostic, and technical request-log data

are retained according to our operational needs and the retention settings of

the applicable service provider, then deleted or anonymized where applicable.

## 6. Data Deletion Requests

The App does not create user accounts.

To delete local game progress, clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

To request deletion of analytics or crash-related data, or to ask a

privacy-related question, contact us at:

Because analytics and crash data are collected using pseudonymous identifiers,

we may require information needed to locate the relevant data before processing

a deletion request.

## 7. Sharing Completed Artwork

The App may allow you to share a completed artwork image. Sharing occurs only

when you choose a recipient through the Android system share sheet.

Once you share an image, the selected third-party app or service handles that

image under its own privacy policy.

## 8. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

## 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our data

practices, or applicable law. We will post the updated policy on this page and

update the effective date.
